In this message, Skylar commends her friends in Rwanda for their deep commitment to pursuing unity. Despite many challenges and many reasons to be divided from one another, the people of Rwanda have shown the rest of the world what it looks like to forgive one another, reconcile relationships, and pursue healing both individually and as a country. This pursuit of unity is exactly what is necessary for us as believers to be the "light of the world" as Jesus says in Matthew 5:14, and Skylar encourages her friends in Rwanda to keep doing what they're doing. As we (all followers of Jesus) commit to pursuing unity and taking Jesus at his word, it causes us to reflect God's glory to the world around us.
